Delete your RentJudge account

You can permanently delete your RentJudge account and the data associated with it at any time. These instructions apply to accounts created in the RentJudge Android app or on the RentJudge website.

Delete your account in RentJudge

If you can sign in, open Settings, find Account and data, and select Delete account permanently. Type DELETE to confirm. RentJudge deletes the account data it controls immediately and signs you out; uploaded photos continue through their documented automatic deletion window.

Request deletion when you cannot sign in

1. Email support@rentjudge.com with the subject Delete my RentJudge account.
2. Send the request from the email address associated with your RentJudge account. If you no longer have access to that address, explain that in your message and include enough information for us to locate the account.
3. We will acknowledge the request and may ask you to verify control of the account email before we delete anything.

We will complete a verified email request within 45 days. If applicable law permits more time, we will tell you why and provide the extended deadline.

Account deletion is permanent. After deletion, you will no longer be able to access saved RentJudge reports or other account data.

What we delete

When we complete an account-deletion request, we delete or de-identify data associated with the account, including:

• Your RentJudge account profile and authentication identity.
• Your saved reports and drafts, submitted property details, amenities, and account-linked report usage.
• Your uploaded property photos. Photos are also automatically deleted no later than 30 days after processing.
• Guest or device sessions that have been linked to the account.
• Your identifiable product-analytics profile and account-linked analytics identifiers where we can associate them with the account.

What we may retain

We may retain the deletion request, identity-verification correspondence, and a minimal record that the request was completed for up to 24 months after completion. This helps us answer follow-up questions and demonstrate that we honored the request.

We may retain limited information for longer when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud or abuse, resolve security incidents, exercise or defend legal claims, or comply with a legal obligation. In those cases, we keep only the information required for that purpose and only for the applicable period.

Aggregated or de-identified information that can no longer identify you may remain.

Delete selected data without deleting your account

You may request deletion of selected reports, uploaded photos, or other account data without deleting your account. Email support@rentjudge.com with the subject Delete selected RentJudge data and describe what you want removed.
