Credits and report changes

RentJudge uses one credit balance for Standard and Pro reports. 1 credit equals $0.10, so 100 credits are worth $10.

Start with free credits

Guests receive 1 credit to try a Standard estimate. After you register, your account receives 100 additional credits once. Any unused guest credit stays in your balance when you register.

The signup bonus is a one-time grant. It does not refill each day or month. Guest grants are limited to prevent repeated free-credit claims on the same device.

What reports cost

Each new report includes its initial estimate and ten successful changes. Your signup bonus can cover 100 Standard reports, ten Pro reports, or a mixture of reports and renewals.

What counts as a change?

A successful recalculation after editing your search radius, listing age, property details or photos counts as one change. These edits share the same limit of ten changes per report.

You can edit several fields together. For example, changing the bedroom count, radius and listing age, then calculating once, uses one change.

Editing a draft without calculating does not use a change. Opening or sharing a saved estimate does not use credits or changes. Submitting the same completed revision again returns its saved result.

There is no seven-day wait between changes. Short request limits may apply if you submit calculations too quickly.

When the ten changes run out

Choose Add 10 changes on your report. RentJudge shows the cost before you purchase: one credit for Standard or ten credits for Pro.

Renewal restores ten changes and keeps your saved revisions. It does not automatically calculate another estimate.

Upgrading to Pro

Pro supports adjustments for additional property characteristics and photo analysis. If your edited inputs need Pro, the app asks you to upgrade before calculating.

Learn which features we consider in Pro reports and adjustments.

Upgrading a Standard report costs nine additional credits, bringing the initial Standard purchase and upgrade to ten credits. The upgrade restores ten changes. Once upgraded, the report stays Pro, and future renewals cost ten credits. Earlier Standard revisions remain unchanged.

If a calculation fails

Credits or an included change are temporarily reserved while the estimate runs. They are consumed only when the estimate succeeds. If the calculation fails, the reservation is released.

You can retry eligible failed calculations after a short pause. Repeated clicks and retries do not create duplicate charges. If no comparable rentals match your criteria, adjust the radius or listing age and try again.

Calculations run on the server, so you can leave the page and return later. Your previous successful estimate remains available while a new revision is being calculated.
