Pro reports and comparable adjustments
Pro reports adjust comparable rents to account for differences between each rental and your property. These adjustments use RentJudge’s proprietary model, trained on 2M+ rental comparisons.

Reading an adjustment
An adjusted rent estimates what a comparable rental would rent for if it more closely matched your property. The adjustment can raise or lower its original listed rent, depending on the differences considered together.
For example, a comparable listed at $2,000 with a +$100 adjustment contributes an adjusted rent of $2,100. This is an illustrative example, not a fixed premium for any one feature.
Your Pro estimate uses a similarity-weighted average of the adjusted comparable rents. Standard reports apply the same weights to the original listed rents without these dollar adjustments. Each comp’s Estimate weight shows its relative influence on the estimate using its adjusted rent. Included weights total 100% before rounding and update when comps are excluded. The ⓘ explains the weight and shows comparison facts. Color indicates each comp’s influence relative to an equal share; the percentage is not accuracy or confidence. See Standard reports and similarity weighting for the method and its offline benchmark; that experiment did not evaluate Pro accuracy.
Search radius and listing age control which rentals are considered. Up to 25 qualifying comps are displayed, adjusted and included in the estimate. Listing age means how recently a rental was listed; it is separate from the property’s year built.
